The NYC is a national government agency attached to the Office of the President. As part of efforts to reposition the NYC as the “Voice and Advocate of Youth”, a new agency logo was launched in 2012. The new NYC logo took on blue as the dominant color to project a more youthful and vibrant outlook. Still highlighted at the center is the letter “Y” to represent the Filipino youth, with an outstretched part appearing like a hand that represents the “willingness of youth to take the lead, to volunteer, to participate, and be part of the solution”. This change reaffirms and renews the Commission’s resolve to promote youth development at the national, regional, and local levels.Welcome to NYC!
