NYC announces the opening of applications for youth goodwill exchange program

NYC is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP). Now on its 42nd year, a total of 28 youth delegates from around the country and one (1) National Leader (NL) will represent the Philippines in this year’s program.
